    Wtb 912

    All,

    Can you pass me some leads on what 912's may be out there please?

    I've a friend who desperately wants one, and they don't come up often as we all know.

    He's not afraid of a project, I don't want to narrow the field too much but I imagine would have his limits.

    So lets see whats out there then... shall we?

      I'm pretty sure there was a yellow 912 with a for sale sign from the Canberra kolectiv. Maybe PM Michel.

          RHD would be a preference .... but I'm not going to rule anything out at this point.

                I've had heaps of PM's, but none from the Author of the post.

                If still interested, I have a 'couple' of 912's that may suit?

                  Hi to everyone who has PM'd or may PM me...

                  The cars I have are not for sale as such (if they were they'd be advertised). I'm not looking to set them free but if the offers were fair I would.

                  I guess the problem is because I'm not 'selling' them I don't have the time to answer each and every PM for requests of pics and specific details etc etc

                  The easiest way to answer everyone's question is of course price....

                  '66 LHD MATCHING NUMBER 912 in great condition - $65k
                  '65 LHD PAINTED DASH MATCHING NUMBER 912 (needs a little work but driving) - $60k

                  I'm not looking for offers, if you want them, that's what I'll take. The true buyers will now PM (no offence to previous PM's, I'm sure you're all just as interested)

                  I'm not selling my other cars regardless of price.

                    Yes sorry about this....

                    My friend has been travelling, and I have been encouraged by the response ... we've unearthed more cars than I thought we would much quicker than I thought.

                    So after discussions with him this weekend - I'll be replying / contacting people. If we've missed cars then so be it.

                      We found a really nice left hand drive car, but my friend's priorities changed.....
