I have a pair of 68-69 door handles complete with all threaded pins intact.
One is pretty good but both will probably need to be re chromed as someone had a crack at partially preparing the other one for re chroming with fine wet and dry I suspect.
I do not have the lock keys so you will need to swap your locks into these handles.
No pitting at all which is quite rare for these especially in the recess area.
Photo shows lots of fine black dots which are NOT visible to the naked eye, I got quite a shock when I saw the pics as they don't look anywhere near that bad at all!
