    Hi Mick

Do you know whether fixed was standard on a 73?

    Cheers

Hi Adam. These are out of my car which was built in nov 73. Although registered as a 73 car it is technically a 74 model. I'm unsure if a 73 model ever came with fixed windows? I tried researching these windows ( fixed with alloy trim) and did not actually find any in my efforts. Im not sure if they fall into a narrow band of availability before they went to the blacked out look?
Happy for any experts to chime in.

Hi Chris, as mentioned my car was built in nov 73. I have just fitted opening windows and can guarantee it never had opening windows before. Although the openings and fixtures were in the body they were not tapped and the B Pillar slots were covered by a metal piece (see photo) that had to be removed to fit the opening hinges.

Certainly not intended as a commentary on your car Mick.

Just trying to establish if fixed windows were available before 78.
