    Carrera 3.0

In light of some recent sales this appears to be quite reasonably priced.
Paint colour and spoiler style aside

Yes I enquired about this car prior to travelling O/S in July/August as I also thoght it was well priced. After asking about it on this forum and reviewing my financials decided against it mainly as the sporto box did not fit the cars performance cred and as such it would never value up like an original factory delivered manual 3 litre Carrera.

Thanks for posting Chris - that car is now on the Aus G-series 74-77 register

Or conversely its rarity and era specific technology makes it even more collectable?

Yes John, but you would then have had to source and replace the missing sporto and find a buyer at some stage that was prepared to pay for that combo.

I understand the white Cairns car was withdrawn from the market, after a while on the market.

The yellow Japanese delivered car seemed to move pretty quickly. Low mileage.

Several years ago I came across a 2.7 carrera and the owner told me it was 'kodak' yellow. Would that have been the same shade as the talbot yellow? You don't see it very often

Hi Ed, Kodak yellow is quite different to Talbot.

Quite a '70's' looking colour grade on that pic, Hugh .

Do a google image search for Kodak yellow and you'll get a good indication
