Advice needed for a friend

A friend of mine wishes to import a Harley (Fat Boy I think)from the US, and there appears to be alot of experience on this board of importing from the US.

What would be his first step (assuming he will find the bike). I thought is would be a good shipping agent...??

does anyone have any recommendations for a good shipping agent.

Yes he will need that but he will also need to contact Canberra to get approval to import the bike
