Given that Eric has a sensational '55 Speedster, a new 997 S Cab and a long list of previous 911's.....! I think his movie will definitely relate to all members.

    Can't wait.

Went and saw this yesterday... a preview at the local Greater Union with 2 enthusiast scholl friends ( one has had a string of MX5's and the other has just recently bought himself an Evo 10).

Thoroughly enjoyable and definitely worth seeing.

The post movie analysis over a few ales... really good, and Eric comes over as not only a tremendous enthusiast, but remarkably grounded in spite of the wealth and fame. The sledging with his mates was very humourous, and as the custodian of an original one owner 356 (my late father's) I could relate to the "Loving the Beast". Even Clarkson was ok in it... and I usually can't stand him!

So do yourselves a favour and go and see it with some of you enthusiast mates...

Unfortunately not Cam. The invitation must have been lost in the post along with Alex's wedding invitation........what a co-incidence two lost letters in the same week

You can only have one best mate, the others are just mates - just like Alex had only one best man. Others like Jappy, Ryan and the "plumber" were just hangers-on.

I finally managed to see it last night with a few of the guys.

I wouldn't call it a revalation but its good clean fun. Whilst they harped on about Targa Tassie I'm sure there was some Classic Adelaide footage in there as well...?

I liked the bit where they were talking to his parents and Mum was saying that Dads T-Bird should be sold. No guesses what Dad was thinking with the smile on his face

                            Mmmm yes targa......one day.

Got butterflies watching the rally footage. I think my new navigator (best mate Peter) got a bit excited about it too!
