    19.05.2014 RIP Sir Black Jack...

    Hi all,

sadly today one of the greatest and arguably most underrated racers of all times has gone forever:

John Arthur Brabham OBE/Kt/AO passed away aged 88.

1966: the first and only man to ever win the Formula One world championship in a car build and designed by himself- outstanding feat!

      RIP.

Although I don't think he was underrated by those in the know. Will never be another one like Sir Jack, that's for sure!

His last series of Brabham cars were among the best looking F1 cars ever IMHO.
