The 'ring in the 70s- whoops

Anything set to the Benny Hill theme makes me smile, but I'm not sure about this.....

Look for the Beetle Cabriolet 4 pax up and roof down! And the bug that deposits it's driver on the dirt.....amongst other spectacularities.

    What a circus.

Not to put a light mood on such bad and dangerous crashes...but...this music DOES suit this video.

Oh, our early cars still look gorgeous in this context.

That's crazy. Goes to show how easy it is to roll a bug. The 901's do look great, though...

They show that video, in the cafe at the Ring on a massive screen, we watched it whilst we ate lunch, great stuff!

Cant believe how many spectators there were and how they all just run onto the circuit to help. Wouldn't happen these days.
