2 litre 69S v 5 litre race car and eclectic pair for sure

Always loved my big bangers and this one turned 25 recently so have got it back on the road after a fair rest. Its only done 105,000km and very original certainly not perfect but still fun to drive with 6 speed man plenty of grunt lots of loud noise.

The one on the wall was a daily driver a VN LE this is the Group A

The other pic on the wall is a press pic of a VL Walkinshaw that I also once owned from 1988 to 1998

Wish I still had it, sold it with 4000km and had completely resprayed the whole car in Glasurit 2 pac as I hated the variation between the car and all the fibreglass bits.

The guy who bought it from me won the National HSV Concours with the car for the next 2 years.

The Gp As still look cool after all these years. Better in the flesh than in photos I believe.
Always loved that colour and that motor. What are the plans for it?
