    Front bumper to body seal

I have had a front bumper repaint and thought it only fair to use a new rubber seal when reinstalling it. Now I need help with the correct installation technique as I was going to get some rubber contact adhesive but have searched and read that a tape was actually used.

Can anyone confirm this to be correct?
Therefore I also assume it is only adhered to the body and I adjust the bumper up to get a seal and even compression.

    Hi Mark

From memory the seal comes with the adhesive tape already in place.

    Cheers

Ahh, So now the problem is that when the FedEx box arrived, the Minister for War and Finance wrapped it up and put it under the Christmas tree and won't tell me which box it is! So I can't even check to see if it has the seal on it. Might have to be patient.
      Thanks Cam.
