Under Reg.33 of the Associations Incorporation Reform Regs. 2012 I hereby give notice of our 2018 AGM.


Date: Monday 5th November 2018
Time: 7:00pm
Venue: The Webster Mancave, 4-6 Malibu Circuit, Carrum Downs

Attached hereto;
1. Notice and Nomination and Acceptance Form
2. Proxy Form for those unable to attend.

Please note the following;
1. It is no longer necessary to have a seconder for a nomination.
2. A person may nominate himself or herself for any position
3. If there is more than one nomination for an executive position, the selection will be by secret ballot by each member present and each appointed proxy.
4. Completed forms can be either emailed to me at gouldwil@iinet.net.au (preferred) or handed to me at the AGM.
5. Most importantly, beer/soft drinks and pizzas will be provided. So for catering purposes please indicate your intention to attend by return email or post on the forum.
6. Upon arrival, Alex has requested that you park in the street as spaces adjoining the cave are limited.

Peter, I hope to be there but depends on clients needing me in Sydney early that week. Will confirm as soon as I know.

The AGM is only a week away and to date I only have 10 acceptances. Under our Club Rules we need a quorum of 20 (10% of members), so for those able to attend please advise so ASAP. We also need to know numbers for catering purposes.

Some agenda items will include;

• Improving photo posting on the Forum
• Improving membership application process
• Updating / improving financial reporting and member register software
• Suggestions for producing club memorabilia and clothing (T-shirts, caps etc)
