Its proposed we will hold the AGM in Melbourne sometime during the week of Oct 6th to 10th.

We need to post notice of meeting 28 days beforehand.

Any preferences for which night ? It will be held at mark Johnsons business address (Locksmith Supply Co) in North Melbourne in hsi meeting room where we hald last weekends meeting.

Should only take an hour at most.

The club will provide refreshments (probably Pizza and Beer).

Naturally we will require nomnaitons for Office bearers. Any new members want to volunteer ??

Oh, and just so Phil doesn't think that this is HIS club, Alex does a pretty good job as editor (apparently unlike the editor at The Age...).

There are plenty of people who contribute a lot to this club. I'm just happy to be an active part of it.

But it would be nice to have any new members keen to assist, to come forward and help keep things moving as many of us run our own businesses which keep us very busy.

I will shortly post new Nomination forms in the document database so members can nominate.

i think we should add another committee member position to manage the website. Maybe "Website Administrator"??
