Victorian Run Sunday March 17th

Planning a run for Sunday March 17th heading down the the Great Ocean Road and part of the Otways




Start at United Westgate 8am sharp, times indicated are back to the United late breakfast, early brunch at Cafe in Torquay (The Maple Bakery) proceed towards Lorne, then back up through the Otways via Deans Marsh road to Modewere/Ceres then back to the Geelong Freeway to home.

Greta day to bring a spouse scenic drive, no speeding just a nice day out in the 911's

Approx time 5 - 5.5hrs total from start to finish.


John O and Dean L and other members on that side of Vic should be happy they can all sleep in and finish early.

I know it's a big day and not all the greatest driving ever but anytime driving the 911 is good to me.

If interested please indicate your preference for short or long and we will make that decision closer to the time.

Looks like short run it is.

There are other Porsche events happening this date but think we will proceed in any event.

I have been advised that there is a big event in Aireys Inlet so may have to change the breakfast venue to Anglesea or Torquay. There is a great option in Torquay a Canadian bakery with amazing products that we discovered just recently.

Was going to rec the run in the 911 tomorrow but that changed to the air con installed Sorrento once the forecast was published.

Everything looks correct 4 hrs of driving and an hour or so for breakfast and some other short stops so 5 -5.5 hrs max back near the United we start at

Set you clocks as you know I like to start on time at 8am!!
