Grand Prix Party March 29th

As per the club event schedule there is a Grand Prix Party at The Boyers on Sunday March 29th.

This is designed to be a family BBQ event while watching the Grand Prix live


We have for the adults:

Full projector image on a 2.6m x 1.4m screen in full HD



For the kids and adults we have:

Fully heated swimming pool
Playstation
Guitar hero
and one other spare TV in the garage


For everyone we will supply all food you need to bring drinks only.

Please indicate your attendance by Sunday 21st so we can arrange catering needs

What time are we meant to be there? As the GP starts at about 5pm (?) I assume about 4:30 for dinner - correct me if I'm wrong.

Just had it from the horse's mouth (the Clydesdale) that the BBQ will be during the GP - so be there around 4:00 - 4:30 on Sunday.

4pm onwards folks, barbie cooked during or after race is done depending on how boring or otherwise it is. Do we have any special dietry requests that I can ignore Ha Ha

Thanks to both you and Lynne for a wonderful evening (mostly Lynne)
As usual at your joint it was a really enjoyable and relaxing TYP901 evening.
The food was magnificent, the weather perfect, the eye fillet and salmon steaks cooked to perfection (with a little advice from the armchair chefs), the theatre room very impressive and the company superb.
It's a pity we only had 3 club members and their partners take advantage of Lynne's and your hospitality, but hey, all the more for us.:p

And just for your info Cam, the budgie smugglers were left in the cage...................... along with the budgie.
