Anyone for a catch up?

Hi all

I have the option of a stopover in Melbourne on my way back to Darwin from Adelaide on the 12 of March, arriving at 2pm and leaving again at around 8.30.

Anyone feel like a catch up for a coffee / beer / drive / meal / show & tell please let me know.

I know its a Sunday and there's always plenty to do on the weekends but let me know if there are any takers, I'd love to put a face to some names.

Happy to taxi anywhere within reason to catch up....

I would be interested in doing something. Is that the first day or so of the commonwealth games? if so something in the city would be a bit silly so maybe a couple of us could come out past the airport?

I expect I will be in Sydney that weekend, sorry, otherwise I would have been able to swing out by the airport for a quick blast and a coffee.

Looks like bad timing for a few of us.

Not so far Phil, usually Sydney as that's where head office is.... :cry:

I get down to Adelaide to see family a bit though, and Melbourne's only a short hop away :wink:

sorry I haven't replied earlier - I have had a busy few days

I was just thinking on picking you up at the airport and heading out away from town for a bit to a place (yet to be decided on) for a drink / coffee and a chat about things.

There are a few places within 30 mins of the airport headed into the country that we could go to - much better than spending time at airport and probably better than heading down the freeway into the city

I was hoping that there might be a few more takers but.............

A very large thank you for taking the time out to catch up yesterday. I really enjoyed putting a face to the name and to be able to talk about our cars and the club in general.

Especially given that it was a 37 degree day, and that I'm sure you had a million things to get done...
