I was speaking to one of the organisers of this during the week and PCNSW have extended an invitation to all Typ 901 members.
I am planning on attending with my 911L which will be in Sydney anyway. Fagan Park is located in Dural to the north west of Sydney in a semi-rural environment. For those who came to Rennsport its about 30 minutes north of Sydney Motorsport Park / Parramatta.
The PCNSW Concours is probably the best Porsche concours I’ve attended short of the old National Meetings back in the 1980’s and 90’s.
Whether your car is in Sydney, or interstate you’re invited. Whether it’s a garage queen, a driver, a survivor or a race car…. There will be a place for you to park it and shoot the breeze with fellow Porsche enthusiasts
I know that Clyde brought his first RS up a number of years ago when the concours was held on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour at Clontarf and thoroughly enjoyed himself.
Details and costs are here:
If you would like to come – why not repeat the Rennsport roadtrip form either Melbourne or Brisbane? Or if you have questions don’t hesitate to ask. But let me know so I can co-ordinate things and smooth the way if necessary.
Wherever possible I will help with accommodation recommendations, a meetup prior, storage for a week or so etc etc.
It’d be great if we could 20-30 (or more) early cars there….. and if you have an impact bumper car the more the merrier.
