Under Reg.33 of the Associations Incorporation Reform Regs. 2012 I hereby give notice of our 2016 AGM.

Date: Wednesday 5th October 2016
Time: 7:00pm
Venue: Locksmith Supply Co. (Dave & Mark's workshop)
140-158 Dryburgh Street, North Melbourne

Attached hereto;
1. Notice and Nomination and Acceptance Form
2. Proxy Form for those unable to attend.

Please note the following;
1. It is no longer necessary to have a seconder for a nomination.
2. A person may nominate himself or herself for any position
3. If there is more than one nomination for an executive position, the selection will be by secret ballot by each member present and each appointed proxy.
4. Most importantly, beer and pizzas will be provided. So for catering purposes please indicate your intention to attend.
5. This notice will also be emailed to all financial members

Agm reminder

A reminder that our AGM is just 1 week away.
To date I have around 9 acceptances and 4 proxies.
As we currently have around 208 members, we need 21 attendees to make the quorum (10% of voting members).
So if you are able to make it, please indicate your proposed attendance either here on the forum or to me at gouldwil@iinet.net.au.
We also need to know numbers for catering purposes.
