Noooooo.........! Can anyone be that DUMB? I'm always suspicious of stories like that. How the hell did he get to be in charge or authorise something as outrageous as that? Who's dumber, the guy who did it or the guy who employed him?
Notice, for that feel good touch, that it was the local janitor that made good out of it.
