To buy or not to buy??

Thought the following advertisements were interesting. I expect there are a few members out there in e-Land that are aware of these ads, or even know the cars. They do look like reasonable examples!

    http://www.drive.com.au/used-cars/PORSCHE/911/Sydney/detail.aspx?id=4049494&pg=1&pp=1&d=0&nv=1&SG=99161 2231&pt=1

We all know the final cost is seldom the same as the advertised price but it's worth noting were the process has started for these cars.

green one looks ok - but no mention of whether original rhd or conversion. i would also ask about the brake package if you intend on using it in competition.

white one - who knows? it has a steering wheel...

beige one - i think that a lot of dough for a left hook car, but others may disagree.

Go to the Healey Factory website for more info on the white and sand beige cars.

White car is ex Hong Kong and orig RHD (apparently) and is supposedly in great condition.

Sand beige car is orig German delivery, also for sale on carsguide.com.au at $80K. Russell at THF says its in extremelyt orig condition hence the asking price.

Good, quality examples are now starting to command serious money. Long gone are the days of $30 - $40K buying you a good, Aust delivery RHD car.

Wow, looks like restoring my car back to original might be worth while!
