I'm looking in the PET manual and there is a pan head screw size listed as "A M 5 x 12"

Does anyone know what the "A" denotes?

    Hi Ben,

Is it 900 014 058 02? Just been looking at these, myself. Not sure what the "A" stands for but I do know that they are a cheesehead type of screw (common or flat blade). Pretty sure they were gold cad, originally.

Yes that's the part number - it's a fastener for the fuel sender collar. I see the part designation "AM" on a bunch of pan-head screws in the PET ...

I've got a couple knowledgeable people chiming in on ESR so will let you know what the outcome is ....

Would A be for anodised. Anodised Metric 5 x 12. Just a guess!
