    2.7RS books?

I’m primarily looking for a book that lists every technical modification that was unique to the 2.7RS ie all the changes Porsche made to turn the base 911 (2.4S?) in to a 2.7RS (with focus on lightweight not touring).

I know a lot of the obvious stuff - thinner metal and glass, wider rear guards, 6s and 7s running 185s and 215s, no sound deadening, lightweight carpet and door cards, no glovebox lid, fibreglass front and rear guards (and bonnet?), ducktail, 2.7MFI to RS spec etc etc. Not sure how many other “nth degree” changes were made but that’s what I’m interested in.

Less interested in the “narrative” about the car.

Best suggestion from those that have read them all?

They did have sound deadening just very minimal and no clock either.

The Konradsheim RS book has a lot of the info and along with the Starkey book you would have it all covered

Problem is $2500 for the 2 books!!

The Starkey book on ebay was a reasonable price (used).

Thanks folks. Available in ebook for next to nothing on Amazon, which I know won’t appeal to many as not much use on the coffee table.
