Its the car - look at the mirrors.....
The car around a lot in the 70's and 80's without the 1973 / 1974 stripes all over it. I have pics of it racing in Porsche Cup in the early 90's, sans the stripes. I also remember seeing it at the 1998 50th Anniversary Rally in Melbourne
Remember this was when everybody wanted to make their car look newer?
I remember every month in Sydney a nice small bumper car would come back rejuvenated as a black or guards red 3.3 Turbo!

Yes it is Como Park, but don't think that is the "Turbo" Motor Show car, Colour not right as it was silver with white Turbo flashes. Had a photo but can't find it at the moment.

Looks like Como Park..... early - mid 80's?
IZG926 might also be the turbo Frankfurt Motor Show car (with the wooden engine)
It was later repurposed as an RSR and was a very fast road / track car for Alan Hamilton. It went through a few enthusiastic owners in Melbourne before heading to the US around 2009.
I'll defer to Hugh et al - I'm only a recent arrival in Melbourne - for further commentary.
