    Lightest spare wheel

My 1972 911 has no spare wheel. I need to find something. What would be the lightest spare wheel to carry? Looking for an inflated wheel rather than a collapsible wheel. Was wondering if a boxter or 996 spare would fit?

Running Mahle Gas Burner wheels but cannot find a single to use as spare.

I think the lightest spare is the 951 aka 944 turbo spare.
    they come up occasionally.

I'm going to run a 993 space saver rim with a narrow full size tyre in my car.

I've got an old 14x5.5 Fuchs in reasonable shape with a pretty new tyre on it if that interests you. It's pretty light (albeit not Gas Burner light), but looks the biz and definitely fits.
Let me know if that helps, and I'll think of a price.

I sourced a 944 space saver for the tyre only and so have a single rim available.

Thanks for the feedback - went back and checked the space saver spare that came with my car - that I had put aside thinking it was heavy junk - it is a 951.362.131.00. So I will get rid of the space saver tyre and put on a full tyre.

What I do need is a suitable jack (1972 911) - so if any one has one of the Bilstien jacks they want to sell, let me know.
