    1971 Banjo horn mounting

Does anyone have a nice 1971 year car that still has it's 2 red Bosche banjo horns mounted side by side.

Love to see pics and also pics of what the bracket looks like that holds them.

Sorry - my '71 has trumpets; so must have been changed at some point . Including the brackets I assume..

Do these help? No idea if the brackets were changed when they were changed to trumpets.. Edit - note one of the trumpets had broken off at the time of these photos

So after some back and forth with guys in the USA and some input from member Nick Nagi we have nailed the fitment for Bosche banjo horns from 1970-mid 1973.

Earth shattering stuff I know but will be here for reference purposes at least.

Same brackets the whole time just used differently

70 - early 72 both horns side by side facing down

early 72- mid 73 one down and one facing forward

                  Pics attached

Now for the bonus points, how did the single horn used on the 1973 modelyear M471 (RS lightweight) or M491 (RSR) get mounted in combination with a battery box delete option?

Prob facing forward using the bumper attachment bolt as the attaching point. But I'll ask a mate who has an M471 to be sure
