Hi All
For a few months have been hearing a very faint metallic sound on deceleration.
It turns at a few blades on my cooling fan have a tiny bit of play - whichis bad and could lead to a catastrophic issue.
Pulled the fan out and each tab on each of the 28 blades TIG welded. (hence my non-attendance at yesterday's winter run!).
I would now like to get the fan re-balanced.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a machine shop/engine balancer in the Melbourne area that has done this before or could do it?
