Watching Chris drive this car gives you an idea of the levels of concentration needed to keep this thing pointed in the right direction. The short time Richard drove showed that even the guy who built it sometimes had trouble keeping it straight. Hard to beleive and appreciate the perfromance this car has and I guess one would need to drive it to really understand; but I am sure they're not inviting too many test drivers.
Interesting that it was built by Tuthill in UK yet was a Californian registed LHD car. Wonder if thats where the client lives or if he plans to market it over there as a Singer rival ?

And the $64 question - how much ?

Phil. I think I saw somewhere a figure of 840,000 pounds or just over $1M USD

Car was in the USA as part of Monterey Car Week. So suggest that's why it has CA plates. Agree probably built for someone who wanted something different to a Singer.
