I bought a set of corner scales. Got the 1972 911T on it and thought some of you may be interested in the results. Some of you have seen my car. Built to be light weight. Fibreglass bumpers, bare metal respray with minimal stone guard, minimal interior, light seats, hollow torsion bars, alloy rear arms and front cross member, minimal light weight full rewire, debadged and trimmed, small single battery.

Around 950KG with 3/4 of a standard tank of fuel.

Thank you that is interesting. Hard to imagine they got the 3.0 RSR to low 800kgs...
