Dont use Trans European Logistics for USA car freight

I would suggest that members looking to ship out of the USA or NZ to Australia steer clear of a company advertising in Unique cars called trans European logistics.

Their communications are terrible and I will be suing them for charging for direct freight which should be around 24 days and ended up taking about 65 days.

I suggest members shop around carefully for their shipping broker as Clyde also had a recent bad experience. My car arrived intact but just very late.

thanks to Carl for arranging the pickup whilst I was away!!

    Phil,
sorry to hear that you had a bad experience.
4 cars of ours (all 356's) will arrive next week, only 7 days late!!!
They ship out of LA, but also have people in SF if anyone needs some details.

Speak to Lorena, they are great. Packing is always first class, their rates are good, and they give you heaps of updates throughout the process as to when the container is leaving....
As for when it arrives, you need a good agent here too, and we use Stokes and Bell in Melbourne.
        Never any problems with either.
