USA Member Kent Moore wins Palos Verdes Concours

Hi guys,

one of our USA members form California, whom many of you have met out here, won last weekends Palos Verdes Concours with his virgin 73 911T.


For those who hadnt read earlier posts, this is a 700 mile car that Kent found in Michigan in an excentric collectors garage. The car is unbelievably preserved including original tyres that are not even perished.


The car was detailed by a guy who does Seinfelds work and Clyde and I recently saw it in California. Clean isnt the word to describe this car.

This car will certainly help Kent fill his trophy cabinet.

cookie cutters never looked this good:p lovely looking car Kent, congratulations. I had the pleasure of meeting you on one of our Sydney runs a little over a year ago, you were showing us some photos of interesting P cars in Japan.

It has cookie cutters fitted 'cause its a 73 1/2 911T so its also got CIS injection, but still a 2.4 engine and steel bumpers.

As Kent says, its a "once in a lifetime " car to own. He jealously guards every mile that gets added to the odometer even though they trailer it to events. It does get driven on/off the trailer under its own power.

Kent just emailed me and advised he won the Newport Beach Concours last weekend as well ! he's n a roll. His car is certainly a trophy hunter.
