reinstalling loom - pillars

as i remove the loom out of my T i have come to the front pillars and having 2 sets of wires one running up the inside of each front pillar ( note picture ) should i run feed wires in the pillar when renoving the wires to save pulling my hair out trying to reinstall or is it easier than it looks ???

I would run a "mouse" wire to ensure you can easily feed them back thru.
