    ebay us seller- air-cooled-porsche

    Hi all,

just a heads up about and ebay us seller i'm having difficulties with.

trades as air-cooled-porsche/ fastclassics/ richard krieger.

ordered some p's and c's in november, still have not had delivery, multiple excuses, last one was too busy watching the inauguration !!

has dragged transaction out past 45 day paypal limit, ebay limit closing fast...

will keep you posted but looks like i've cooked my $2500 AUD, don't you !!

    regards

    craig,

that's a shame. if this is wayne krieger / born to be fast / b2b fast etc then i think you will find nothing but bad news from a search on pelican...

can you get your dough back via credit card or paypal?

looking ahead - i've had great service from ebs on engine parts.

Chase it up with your bank. It is my understanding that if you have paid for an item on credit card, and it has not been delivered that the bank may be in the position to re-imburse you.

        Worth looking in to....

        Good Luck!

        Cheers

          Uh Oh indeed,

Ryan, it appears he is one and the same Richard Wayne Krieger thieving scumbag ! also trades as Sears Point Classics, i think EarlyS or Pelican needs a sticky with an honor role of this type of filth, anyway...oh yes EBS are great sold me a crank recently, if i new then what i know now...

Cam, found that out a little too late, check his ebay feedback, it was 97% with a couple of slow deliveries, recent sale to a customer of Autowerks that took forever but eventually got here...

Craig, Paypal is no good because of their 45 day policy, then only if there is money in the account will you get a refund, CBA has been pretty good, got the distinct impression that if Ebay cant help i will be in line for a refund, which is great but you just dont need the grief

              UN F@#CKING BELIEVABLE,

after my various posts Richard Krieger sent me an email accusing me of dogging him-US term? it did spur him into action...

bear in mind that i ordered 6, 86mm JE pistons, today in the mail arrived 3, 83mm JE pistons...

              un f@#cking believable...

Yes I noticed one of the regular Pelican lads in Sydney had linked it in.

Craig, continue with challenging the payment if you used a credit card or paypal.

Craig, apparently there is a current investigation being conducted by police in California http://forums.pelicanparts.com/showthread.php?t=454458 Might be worth following up?
