Correction, Tassie car for sale is a 73 2.4 T/E

Clyde and others, I have found out today that the car coming up form tassie thats for sale is in fact a 1973 2.4 T/E fitted with MFI, plastic stacks, gas burner wheels and is a Sportomatic.

here are some pics below. Car is apparently reasonably low mileage.

the car is due in Melbourne in a week or 2 and will be at one of the repairers workshops.

I understand the owner is asking $50K. Its an Aussie delivered car (Scuds in Sydney) so those of you out there hunting, here's another to consider.

This car sold this morning for around the asking price.
Car is now living in Melbourne.
Did not even make it to the Healey Factory.

Is that a yellow fan shroud, or just a poor colour repro in the pic?

I wasnt aware that they were any other colour but black green or red?

Does anyone know the answer?

"T's" had yellow shrouds for some years I don't remember which years - it was not the whole period

I will try to look it up - I must have it somewhere. I just had a quick look in the Morgan book and could not see it

Yes, yellow was correct for a T of that period.

heard the car sold for $50K, no argument.

There are obviously keen buyers out there literally waiting on the docks as the ship arrives.
