Rear End Allignment

Hi Guys,

Spent a few pleasant hours over the long weekend re-indexing torsion bars on the rear of my car, to lower it. Now need to have the allignment checked - any suggestions as to who I should use, ideally city fringe?

Can't for the life of me work out how the toe-in and camber bolts affect the geometry of the suspension, must be some 'black magic' involved...
