I had to visit Sydney today so found my way to Classic Throttle Shop and also to Pro Stitch owned by John Pisani, Andrew Beggs motor trimmer.
My main aim was to check out the RHD dash mould and covering and I have to say they appear to be very, very good indeed including a reproduction speaker grille to boot.
Done in fibreglass and then with vaccum formed vinyl over the top they certainly look the goods and John can do your door tops, knee pads to match.
Grain is not an exact factory match but better than anything else I have seen including Just Dashes in US and Dash Doctor here in Melbourne.
The only issue may be if local registration requires padded dashes for compliance then John can achieve that also apparently
Cost is $750 I think or maybe $795 for the dash i would ceratinly pay that to fix the ugly look at the frontof my car if needed. If my European contact gets his RHD dashes off the ground (8 weeks he says) they will be double that price landed so John may be on a winner.
I'll report on RHD quality when I get back from Essen Motor Show where he will have samples
