Window winder knob

The window winder knob has all but disintegrated. Is the knob separately replaceable? The window is stiff to operate too, I assume it needs a bit of grease?

More probably issue with the regulator itself, warped /bent or not adjusted properly or even felt side tracks causing issues sadly it won't be grease in my opinion.

New ones don't work without some engineering mods but old ones often for sale on E Bay etc
