Well done Clyde! A lot of hard work getting all this done for the membership.

And I hope everyone takes heed of what is being said about the newsletter. its an enormous amount of work compiling this but more importantly, it needs material to compile.

We have the Attwood training day coming up so someone should volunteer NOW to write the story. I am sure there will be no shortage of pics taken on the day.

I have already written stories for this newsletter plus some more for the next one but I dont want to continue to have to be one of the main contributors. there are plenty of club members now, spread around Australia (and the world) who could all contribute something interesting.

Dont leave it to the last minute, write something when its fresh in your mind after an enjoyable event. We dont expect War & peace, just a few words and maybe some pics.

Even better, we need to have someone put their hand up to assist Clyde as newsletter editor.

As with any club, it wont happen without members putting in some effort. lets not degenerate into the typical car club apathy that seems to pervade other groups where everyone expects things to happen, but does nothing to help.

          NOW please!

I have just finshed the current one and will be acquiring the software for the regsiter so we can do this easily in the future. I can start the new one as soon as I have contributions. What you got?

I want comments, good and bad, on the layout of the magazine you will see late next week or early the following so that I can make any adjustments that people think need to happen.

Those who have received them any comments on the badges?

Not trying to blow my own trumpet, in any event I didn't do any of the design work as I used our existing logo and sought help from Chuck, Thorsten and others. All I did was arrange the production.

Just interested in the feedback colours, size, design etc if you have any and no one will be offended if you have a positive suggestion to make.

No I remember starting with Marco's and toning down the fisheye accentuation and working a lot on the detail...but Alex had similiar ideas too. I think he and I talked a lot about it at the time as well. It all helped me get the perspective of the art we now have...that and a lot of hours' finessing in graphics software!

                    Cheers,
                    Lisa

Better get off my butt and order one ... 8)
