Who can sign Vic Road club registry in Clyde's absence?

I understand Clyde is overseas for another 4 weeks. Is there an lieutenant with authority to sign my club registry renewal?

I am a signatory with VicRoads as well.

You can mail the document to me at P O Box 1037, Ivanhoe 3079 with a stamped, self addressed envelope enclosed, I can sign and send it back to you.

phil, if you get any to you, can you scan and email to clyde so he can keep a record pls! (we have to notify vicroads when members leave etc).

Phil, when I recently did mine through Clyde, he also wanted copy of roadworthy cert. (perhaps he just didn't trust me )

KYJ is now 36407-H ....but I kept the orig plates in my name (at no cost) for when,and if, I ever sell......offers?

Yes but if its just a renewal of existing club permit, a RWC is not needed each time.

Just for Members info, I received a Club permit application for signing today but it was actually for a permit renewal.

VicRoads will mail you out this renewal form which again needs to be signed by an authorised person of the Club, but you do not need an RWC for renewal.

However, you need to wait for the documents from VicRoads which are usually mailed out about 6 weeks before renewal is due.

I assume Clyde is still on holidays? My renewal permit is at his house under the custodial trust of his son, or whoever is at home. I do recall when my parents left for overseas holidays some 100 of my closest university mates resided with me temporarily... mmm http://www.typ901.org/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif

Clyde is not home until around the end if May (25th ??).

I dont know if Michael is at home whilst he is away or if he is collecting or forwarding TYP901 mail.

Hopefully you can wait till he is back.
