Sal, I have visited AASE Bros original warehouse in Anaheim and spent time with Dave Aase. I walked thru that yard they had full of old 911 bodies that you see in the video. They had a lot of stuff and eventually their warehouse became surrounded by houses and the real estate value was enormous. it was probably always their retirement fund and so when Dave died they sold up.
Dave also started to manufacture many repro parts and was one of the early repro guys along with Stoddard etc. I bought some aluminium door threshold strips from him years ago for my 72E.
Its good to know the vast stash of parts is being catalogued well and available for future maintenance of our old cars.sigpicPhil Lack

Yeah Dennis had been visiting Dave only a few weeks before I visited the Anaheim warehouse. I beleive dave mentioned dennis bought a couple of containers worth of parts.
That would have hardly put a dent in the pile of stuff he had there. This was early days and I didnt even have a 901 car in those days but ws looking around for what was available ex USA.sigpicPhil Lack
