    Help Please

Im clearing out my garage and have a pair if Fuchs wheels that im trying to value. serial no's 911 361 0200 91136102000
    AS162 X 128139 AS162 X 281399
The dates appear to be 772 and 1272.
They are in very good condition, recently blacked out centres by wheel solutions .
I looked on Ebay and had very little to compare it with.

Hi Phill, they are 15" and 6" wide. I have photos that I'll try to load.
      Cheers

I would guess that 15 x 6 Fuchs date stamped 72 would be quite valuable to the right person seeking date matched wheels for their car. Possibly $600 - $800 each although I havent seen what they have been selling for recently.

Maybe Clyde might chime in from South America with his best estimate ?

9113610200 are "flat" 6 (by 15inch) wheels from 1971 to 1973 that take the early three prong centre caps.
Depending on condition they are probably in the range Phil stated. However as a pointer I bought set of 4 date matched ones in "acceptable" condition but eventually needing a refurbish for $1500 from memory.
Mick some photos of the condition would help a lot in pricing these

Mick, I've been buying a few of these up, I've not paid more than $300 each (I picked up one for $75 recently). When I can get $700 each I'll be grinning...

To be honest, blacking them in has possibly devalued them a little as refinishing to factory is a hassle and not cheap. Just my thoughts YMMV.

Just looking at the photos Mick, I'd think $250 for the 6s and maybe $300-350 for the 7s would be about right. The early 7" rims tend to attract a few extra $$

Come on..wouldn't those 7s be RS rims??
They go for a small fortune to the right buyer.
Clyde is up with values on these, wait for him to chime in.

Technically the July 72 rim is for a 72 car, but the other rim is post Sept and therefore a 73 model car fitment so perhaps the 7" rim is from an RS ?

Yes that is my thoughts as well. If I had a 73rs built just after 12/72, I would definitely buy these 7s for spares.

Sorry for the confusion. I believe I only mentioned the 6's. The 7's are replicas.
