First batch of badges arrives

Finally the first 20 have arrived with the balance to follow early next week. I am happy with the end result. Those who are coming on Saturday or Sunday can collect but no money no badge...sorry I'm not chasing money at a later date.

Interstate orders will be sent ASAP along with shirts if ordered.


The grey area appears a little mauve in the photo for some reason.

what is going to be the best way to attach to engine grille?

I decided to do holes as most period badges of the time were made that way.

I suggest some stainelss steel phillips head theaded bolts and matching cycolac nuts with a strip of rubber behind the badge where it sits on the grille and you minght need a small plate for the underside of the grille with two holes drilled to allow the bolts to protude through.

If you want I can take a pic of a badge I have fitted that way does no damage to the grille this way but is held in place.

I have assumed Tony, that you only want 1 badge now advise if incorrect.

I have them, shirt and badge, bagged ready to go but no money so no post! but don't worry your not alone there.

They look fab! will be a great improvement to the 2.8... now I can try and remove the PCV sticker (hopefully more successfully than other's attempts! :shock: )

Any pics of how to mount them and what parts are needed would be great.
