    ASS seats

My project 74S which came with 2 ASS seats

    Can anyone assist please:
    - I assume these are an aftermarket fitment (not factory) although I believe a 'period' item?
    - do they have any significant value? (qualified by condition obviously)

    Any assistance appreciated.

These look like Scheel seats. the headrests are distinctive. Sheel are period seat but these look way too far gone. Foam will need replacing and getting this would be hard. Also sourcing the corduroy material is a problem.

Perhaps buying some other new seats is a better option than trying to resurrect these. if they were recaros sports seats, thats a different story

thanks phil, yeah I think ASS is one of a number of sub brands that came under the scheel banner (whether thyey existed before and were bought by scheel)

not planning to do anything with them myself, just going through all the stuff that came with my project 74S and looking for things I dont need that I can sell to fund further progress

I think I'll ebay and them and take whatever as they're just in the way in my shed

car also came with 2 shabby tombstones - 2 X drivers side!

          thanks again

            Hi Mitchell

If you have a 'collection' of stuff to move - what about a list of things posted here...? Things might move more effectively amongst peers here than ebay.

I for one am at a point where I rarely play on ebay due to the sillyness of it all, and the lost money that gets eaten up in fees.

              Good idea John.

Just have to work out what is/is not right/needed - on a steep early short hood learning curve.

I'll work through it all and then put a post of all items up.
