I'm looking for the same. I bought one via Pelican Parts - which looks like the one on ebay. It seems to be a re-production which looks good, the only trouble is I can't adjust it enough to see down the side of the car - it's great if you want to see what is happening 2 lanes away.... I've tried everything to adjust it. Last resort was to add a washer under the leading screw - but this creates a slight gap and wind noise as a result.
According Jason (aka Restorer) he previously bought one from Porsche - which also seemed to be a reproduction..... not sure if he the same problems as me.
Hopefully someone else has had more luck than me.
let me know how you go.

Darren, PCA still sell them but expensive for sure don't think they are reproductions just lesser quality than in 1972!!!
Marcus it will depend where it is mounted and if your talking about a 2nd mirror. Its impossible to get the 2nd mirror correct if you use the correct holes thats why lots are placed further back on the door but problem then is you have to strip the inside of the door to fit/adjust.
If your talking drivers side where is it fitted?

Clyde - I'm talking about the drivers side mirror. Seems to be the original holes in the door - access via the two holes in the inside panel. Old mirror was rusted in one position not suited to me (and v old glass).
Cheers

Bought a new mirror from SVM in Sydney... looks lovely ... nice clear reflective glass... but I can't see out of it ... unless I tilt my head on an impossible angle....
Think these are generic LHD mirrors... but for the rhs.
Am thinking of replacing the glass in my old one... it wasn't perfect... but I could see out of it!
