        Looks absolutely awesome!
How did Craig go with his gearbox sticking/jamming problems?

Thanks for your help in posting the photos.

            David
The photos actually dont do the paintwork justice. When I arrived at Autowerks there was a scrum around the car oohing and aahing which is always a good sign!! Simon pulled the gearbox apart and found the dog teeth? on 3rd and 4th gear worn, the rest of the box apperars ok, so they will be replaced.

            All the best

              Craig,

are you planning to challenge Clydes Targa resto with this project. paintwork looks superb. Silver is my favourite colour for early 911's.

Keep the pics coming as the project progresses.

                Evening Phil
No i've seen Clyde's Targa and my aspirations are further down the food chain. My resolve was to preserve the car in a condition that i was happy to use on a regular basis. I have had concourse cars previously (Triumph TR3A and Morris Cooper S) and enjoyed that side of car ownership for what it is but never has a car given me so much pleasure by simply starting it up and driving it as this 911. It will be a nice car but not concourse. Speaking of which, how are the seats coming along?
