Wiring for rear wiper motor

hi all

i think my rear wiper motor is turning the wrong way - the motor parks the blade in the middle of the screen, not at the edge.

can someone with a 73 or similar car have a look at their wiper motor and tell me what wire goes where? i think there is a red, a red with a black stripe and two brown (earths?) wires.

Either that or someone has removed the arm off the spline on the motor, this arm drives the main rod, and not put it back in the same sport. I know as I had some fun getting the targa one to work when re installing.
