Yes they are a real bargain. I have been using my 997 more since my car has been in dock, and it is such a delight to use. They just have such effortless flowing power. The challenge is to not use it every day.

How has the 997 been like to live with? I'm interested in purchasing one next year if all goes well. I would like a Carrera S manual. Not sure what the compromise would be for a standard Carrera. Probably be great for the road. How's the servicing like?

Yes its hard to ignore the 996 TT at under $100k of which there are quite a few to choose from on Car Sales

Or a one owner Boxster S with 40,000km for $39k or a 996 Carrera Cabrio in manual with 60km for $43,000!!!
