Those cars are owned by Rent a Classic Car in Nice. They have a snice 73S Targa, a couple of SL's and an old Mog as well.
Great place Porsche and open top motoring county.

Gus there are probably a few classic car hire places in LA but to yanks that probably means Mustangs and Corvettes.
Not sure if you could get some euro classics or if they would let you drive them too far out of town ?
You could try calling Paul Kramer at AutoKennel - an early S and R Gruppe guy and ask him if he knows of any companies who could help;
