              You might want to print a couple of pages to make sure that the resolution is adequate. Stuff that resides electronically is usually stored @ 72dpi and loses detail when printed. The copy that I (ahem) have access to is pretty good.

              Like Chris I would be happy to make this available – who knows, if anyone has access to an FTP server with some excess capacity (which mine doesn’t) I could upload them perhaps…
