    Irish Green SubClub

Ok, because getting my car back to Irish Green seems like an eternity away (I'm one of those 1 in 7 Australians relying on winning tatts), thought I would start a thread for those Irish Greens out there...

As with a lot of colours (eg sand beige) the appearance on a computer monitor seems to be extremely varied (some very close to British Racing Green, others appear closer to black!)... so I thought I would start posting pictures of all the Irish Green cars I can find...

    Cheers

    Rich

P.S. I like the last one... this is my benchmark!

Perhaps we can start a club of red 901 owners that one day dream of getting their car back to its original color.
There'll be three of us if Erwin joins also.

I think you might be right... do you think he has taken it just that little bit too far?!? :-)

            Rich,

It has a lot to do with the light as well.

Irish Green can look quite grren in some lights and very dark in others.

I think we have another irish green lurking on these pages... too. Wonder if he'll post some pics of his 911T?

If that Irish Green car you refer to is one and the same as the lovely, recently restored car that joined our last drive, Justin can you twist its throttle and get it to come to next weekends events? Its not too late for the dinner!!

Oh and its owner is very welcome too.

Im the owner of the above mentioned car!! Irish green is a really nice colour (suprise). Richard, I love that last car as well, I have the stripe in white. I have kept my bumper trim on though. I will get some pics up soon.
Thanks Tony, I will be coming on Sunday, maybe just drinks on Sat...not sure yet.

Welcome to the club... and the sub-club!
Can't wait to see photos... might be a bit longer before I see it in the flesh!
Beginning to feel unique in this sub-club... am I the only Irish Green that isn't?!?
                  Cheers

Thanks Rich, I was in your situation for nearly two years (Irish Green, but not). It was worth the wait!
