Headlining - reuse or renew?

Pulled out my headliner to fix sunroof, nothing wrong with it (quite new) but before I potentially waste a mountain of time can anyone tell me (perhaps from personal experience) whether I should reinstall the existing one or get a new one?

Hi Mitchell, I don't have a sunroof, but I just successfully reinstalled my liner after removing all the rear glass. My Liner is genuine, about 15 years old and I only needed to reinstall the rear half. The best technique for me was to use good contact glue and to apply to both body and liner and let dry before bonding.
