Thanks, I was quite chuffed.

It would be remiss of me not to mention that nick (Npv positive) also got a gong .... The Presidents Award....

Of the 4 awards granted 3 went to cars that were built before 1972. Outright winner was a pristine and original 1988 3.2 Carrera, owned by historic racing hotshot Dmaien Meyer and his Dad.

Thanks Justin, it was a nice surprise that the 71S got noticed given the fantastic selection of cars.

Was great to see so many of the awards go to the early cars . . . though in truth I think it would make much more sense to have separate categories for older and new.

Nick Taylor (by coincidence, a former owner of my car) deserved an award for the coolest early Porsche:
